I was browsing though recipes at TastyPlanner when this one jumped out and smacked me in the face. It calls itself an Eggless Bacon and Cheese Omelet. Anyone who has ever eaten breakfast with me knows I don’t like eggs at all so I figured eggless was a good start. Wow was I ever amazed at the mastery of the bacon arts that was on display. I’m betting that this would be a hit on the Hardee’s menu since they seem to make items that fly in the face of healthy eating.
