Summary: A quieter place away from downtown Put in Bay, amazing Perch Tacos.
After we got to Put in Bay and waited on most of our group to arrive and setup it was getting late on a Friday evening and we were tired and hungry. Going into downtown wasn’t really an appealing option since we just wanted a somewhat quiet dinner and to relax a bit. We had passed The Goat earlier so we decided to try it since it was out of downtown and had parking.
It turned out to be a great choice. Everyone’s food was excellent and it was much more relaxing than any of us had expected. I got the Perch Tacos on the servers recommendation and they were great.
The service was a little slow at times but not horrible. The prices would have been a little on the high side if we were on the mainland, but they were decent for the island.
My Favorite Dish: Perch Tacos - I never really though fish tacos sounded good but it was hard to pass on fresh perch. They turned out to be amazing, worthy a trip back for more.
